Signing in
Access to the platform is by invitation. Nobody can register themselves: your Reflective Data account manager adds you, and you’ll use the same email address to sign in.
Two ways to sign in
Section titled “Two ways to sign in”- Google. Choose Continue with Google and pick the Google account that uses the email address you were invited with.
- Email code. Enter your email address, press the button, and we email you a short one-time code. Enter it to sign in. Codes expire after a few minutes.
You stay signed in on that browser until you sign out. To sign out, open Settings in the sidebar and choose Sign out.
If it doesn’t work
Section titled “If it doesn’t work”| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| “No Reflective Data account exists for that Google address” | The Google account you picked isn’t the email you were invited with. Try another Google account, or use the email-code option. |
| “That code is invalid or expired” | Request a new code and use the newest email. |
| You never receive the code | Check spam. If it still doesn’t arrive, ask your account manager to confirm the email address they invited. |
| You can sign in but see no project | You haven’t been given access to a project yet. Ask an account admin. |
